Terms & Conditions

These are being revised at the moment as we want to keep them to a minimum. Unlike some larger SEO companies we won't lie to you and then hide behind a signed contract that you may find yourseld locked into. Please feel free to contact us regarding terms.

One thing to bear in mind though, is that we don't get you to sign and 'lock' yourself into contracts. If, for some reason you are not happy all we ask is that you give us a month's notice!

1. Timescale - Unfortunately, Search Engine Optimisation (known as SEO) is not a fast process. Typically it can take around 3-4 months for things to start taking effect. Sometimes it's quicker e.g. within a few weeks and sometimes it can take longer if you are in a particularly competitive sector e.g. up to or more than a year. If you do require quicker results, then we would recommend you contact us for more info on online marketing.


2. Payment - Although not required, we would prefer it if you could pay by standing order. It is just to make things easier all round so we don't have to keep chasing you for payment every month. Standing orders are different from direct debits though. We cannot access your account at anytime - a standing order is an instruction from your bank to us. So unlike a direct debit, we can't take money from your account without your permission and it will always be for the set amount you set at the bank - nothing more!


3. Website Access - Again, although not required, it would be more effective if we would be able to access your website. We are not suggesting that we redesign your site - far from it! All we would be doing is make a few minor tweaks behind the scenes to help make your website more search engine friendly


4. Input - This can very much be a two way process. That is, you can help us to help you by giving us some input too. Usually this means asking you to provide an article(s) for online publication, press releases, blog updates etc. This is not required, but the more you put into it, the more it will help!
